By booking a treatment with Pearl Smiles Toronto, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following terms and conditions.

You are purchasing a self-administered teeth whitening kit designed to whiten the color of your teeth. As part of the service, you are requesting professional assistance using this kit. A specially designed LED lamp will be used to accelerate the whitening process.
Results Disclaimer
Although most natural teeth respond to whitening, results will vary. Yellow-toned teeth usually whiten best. Teeth discolored by tetracycline or fluorosis may not respond as well. Artificial teeth, crowns, veneers, and other restorations will not be affected by the whitening gel. Your final results are limited to your natural tooth structure and genetics.
Potential Risks
Potential risks for teeth whitening treatments:
Gum or Lip Irritation: Temporary inflammation or whitening may occur if gel contacts soft tissue.
Tooth Sensitivity: You may experience sensitivity if you have pre-existing conditions like micro-cracks or exposed roots.
White Spots: Calcium deposits may become visible but typically fade.
Relapse: Whitening results may fade over time, especially with exposure to coffee, tea, red wine, tobacco, or acidic drinks. Avoid these for at least one hour after your session.
Eligibility
This treatment is not recommended for:
People who are pregnant or nursing
Anyone under the age of 14
Individuals with gum disease, open cavities, or leaking fillings
Anyone with known allergies to peroxide or aloe vera
Individuals with oral piercings or metal dental accessories
If you’ve had braces removed recently, please wait at least 6 months before undergoing treatment. If you feel sharp pain during treatment, stop immediately and contact a dentist.
